The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 274 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 13(2) of the U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Jalaun.
