The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of BNS and Section 66-D of Information Technology Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, , District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with ulterior motive.
