Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.320 of 2021, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is a poor person and has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no eye-witness account of the incident.
