The first and second bail applications were rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 11.1.2022 and 18.10.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.35378 of 2021 and 22826 of 2022. 4. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.87 of 2021, under Sections 302, 323, 504 and 506/34 I.P.C., Police Station Devraniya, District Bareilly with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5.
