Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 626 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 191(1), 191(2) of BNS, Police Station - Lohiya Nagar, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the He is not named in the FIR. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that four named accused persons, Aarif, Abid s/o Jallo Wala, Shahil Lambu and Abid s/o Yunus Juice Wala have been exonerated by police rather five new accused persons have subsequently been introduced
