Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 626 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 191(1), 191(2) of BNS, Police Station - Lohiya Nagar, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
