This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 275 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and section 3/11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act,, Police Station Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.6.2025. His name was surfaced on the statement of co-accused Salman and Imran. Criminal history of the applicant has been explained in paragraph 6 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
