This is the third bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.8.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.9903 of 2021. The second was rejected by this Court by the same Bench vide order dated 15.2.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 42615 of 2022. 4. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Session Trial No. 847 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 227 of 2020, under Sections 302, 504 IPC, Police Station Ushait, District Budaun, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5.
