This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kanchan alias Bhagat Ji, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2025, under Sections 8/19, 29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Farah, District Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Lokendra, Radhaballabh, Dharmendra and Guddu have already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 08.01.2026 in Criminal Misc.
