This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nijnaam alias Neelam, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 386 of 2025, under Sections 74 of B.N.S.2023 and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, 2012 Police Station-Malpura, District-Agra, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.08.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is allegation of molestation against the applicant and no sexual assault was ever committed by him
