This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Aman Siddiqui, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 382 of 2025, under Sections 333, 352, 351(3), 126(2), 75(2), 78 of B.NS. and Section 3 & 5 (1) of the U.P. Prohibition on Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station- Milak, District- Rampur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report was lodged on 27.08.2024 by the first informant against the applicant,
