Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 260 of 2023, under Sections 302, 34 IPC and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that as the trial is moving at a snail's pace, there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in the near future. There is no evidence to implicate the applicant. The evidence, if any, is of hearsay. The statement of only three witnesses have been examined i.e. PW- 1, PW-2 and PW-3 namely Ranjeet, Patiram and Anil, respectively. The said witness Anil is not an eye witness.
