The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Nishant Alias Nonhu Alias Nunoo, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 423 of 2025, under Section 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and 3/10 U.P. Control of Goondas Act, Police Station- Soraon, District- Kasganj. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 360 gm. of diazepam intoxicating powder is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
