The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 134 of 2015, under Section 2/3 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Faijganj, District Budaun, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28.05.2025. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by the Court below on 13.07.2025 and after being released on bail the applicant could not appear before the Trial Court. The Trial Court has issued Non Bailable Warrant against the applic
