This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Jitendra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 310 of 2025, under Sections 109, 317 (2), 317 (4), 317 (5), BNS and 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station-Sector-24 NOIDA, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 22.07.2025. First Information Report has been lodged on 21.07.2025 with the allegation that on the date of incident the police party was engaged in checking of the vehicles the police party has tried to stop the applicant
