The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mauna @ Lal Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 301 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 IPC and 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Gonda, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 7.5.2025 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible.
