Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 191 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) BNS and 3/5, 25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Jani, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed the murder of the deceased as was suspected by chowkidar of the village on 24.4.2025 at about 7.15 pm. 5.
