The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Ravi Kumar Maurya with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 105 of 2025, under Section 8/20, 27A, 29, 60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Babhani, District- Sonbhadra. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 63.600 Kg of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the Tata Sumo car being driven by co-accused Avinash Kumar Yadav and applicant was shown to be sitting in the next seat of driver seat.
