Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 360 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Tronica City, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about nineteen hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the applicant has been nominated in the FIR on the basis of suspicion only. It is nowhere mentioned as to what the source of information was on which he levelled the allegations against the applicant.
