By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2023 at Police Station Jaitpura District Kashi (Commissionerate Varanasi) under Section 363, 364A, 302, 201, 419, 420, 34 and 120-B I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 30.04.2023. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 04.09.2024. The trial is on foot. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out by the learned counsel for the applicant. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed.
