Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 621 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(A) BNS, Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Her name has come up for the first time about one month after the incident, that too, in the extra-judicial statement of the husband of the applicant, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law.
