Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 325 of 2025, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station Jaswantnagar, District Etawah, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. His name has come up in the statement of the informant himself, subsequently, as an afterthought. Had the applicant been seen by the informant going towards the place of occurrence, his name would have come up in the FIR itself. There is no criminal history of the applicant.
