Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 237 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 351(3), 352, 115(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Haldaur, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. His name has come up in the statement of the eye- witness on 14.10.2025 i.e. after a delay of five days from the FIR and six days from the incident.
