Heard Sri Hemant Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.93 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Joni, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up for the first time in the statement of one Sachin who is stated to have seen the applicant and the deceased person and other co- accused persons engaged in drinking and subsequently the dead body was recovered, but the allegations are per se false. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the said witness has been roped in subsequently on 08.04.2025, which has no evidentiary value
