Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application moved on behalf of applicant. His first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 20284 of 2025. Learned counsel further submits that though the victim in her statements recorded before the police and the Magistrate has made specific allegation against the applicant for pushing her in prostitution, but after the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court, the victim (P.W.2) at the trial in her cross-examination has not made any allegation agains
