Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.195 of 2025 (Sessions Trial No.191 of 2025), under Sections 103(1)/3(5) B.N.S, Police Station- Kotwali Konch, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up only on the suspicion allayed by the informant and subsequently in the confessional statement of co-accused person Pallavi, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5.
