Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.933 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(B), 61(2)A B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Deoband, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. He is not named in the FIR. It was instituted on suspicion against Pinkesh @ Kala and his wife Smt. Kajal. The applicant is the brother of Smt. Kajal and has been falsely implicated in the case on the suspicion that he had put to death the paramour of his sister. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the only evidence against the applicant is his call details with th
