Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. which was lodged by the victim herself with the allegation that she is a widow and poor lady, the applicant by blackmailing her had established sexual relations with her several times and also made video clip of such incident, now he is blackmailing her for dire consequences if she does not satisfy his lust. Learned counsel further submits that though in her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 BNSS the victim has reiterated the version of F.I.R., but there is no disclosure about the date and time of the alleged incident of commission of rape committed upon her by the applicant several times. No explanation has been given by the prosecution regarding delay in lodging of the F.I.R.
