Singh, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is named in the F.I.R., which alleges that he had enticed away informant's minor daughter aged about 15 years. When the victim recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS were recorded, wherein she made allegation of rape against the applicant. Learned counsel further submits that as per the F.I.R. the victim went missing on 25.07.2025 at about 11: hours in the night, she has been recovered by the police in the evening of 26.07.2025 alone and as per the statements of the victim the when she was coming with the applicant they met with an accident, but in her medical examination no such external injur
