Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 358 of 2022, under Sections 498- A, 304-B I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act and in alternate under Section 302/34 I.P.C., Police Station-Khaga, District-Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that it was a love marriage between the parties and there was no question of exchange of any presents or dowry.
