Shri Gaurav Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Tushar Krishnani, learned counsel for the first informant and learned AGA for the State are present. By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 429 of 2023 at Police Station Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar, under Section 364, 302, 201, 34, 404, 411 IPC and Section 4/25/27 Arms Act. The applicant is in jail since 13.08.2023. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 01.07.2024. The status report sent by the learned trial court records that all prosecution witnesses have been examined. The trial is at its fag end. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out by the learned counsel for the applicant. Without going into the merits of the case
