Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) and 61(2)A BNS, Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that there is no ocular evidence of the incident. The inquest report was prepared during the institution of the FIR. The applicant has simply been made an accused on the basis of suspicion that he had illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased. The
