Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 of I.P.C., Police Station - Shamli, District - Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He has simply been made an accused on the basis of statement of minor children of the deceased person. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that the applicant had re-married the deceased person as she was a widow.
