Manikpur, District Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. He has been implicated in the case only on the basis of surmises only, rather the informant herself is an offender as her husband suspected her character and as such she herself threw her daughter from the running train.
