This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 103 of 2025, under Sections 223, 271, 325-B of BNS and read with Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged against one unknown person and the name of the applicant came into light in the confessional statement of the co- accused. He submits that the applicant is owner of the vehicle in question from which about 58.50 Kg meat has been recovered. He submits that the applicant is not arrested from the spot.
