The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.587 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Kankar Khera, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. No motive has been alleged in the FIR. Subsequently it has come up that the applicant kept enmity with the informant. The applicant is in jail since 01.10.2024 and is ready to cooperate with trial.
