This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ramveer Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 152 of 2025, under Sections 8/18, 39, 60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Dataganj, District- Budaun. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that during interception, only 02 Kg. of Opium was recovered from the pant worn by the applicant, 02 Kg. of Opium was recovered from the pant worn by the co-accused Irshad Khan and remaining 06 Kg of Opium was recovered from the car in which applicant was travelling.
