Heard Sri Shams Uz Zaman, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri D.K. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 296 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 109(1), 103(1), 351(3) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Ramala, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have entered into an altercation with the son of the informant. Peeved by the said act, the applicant and the other co-accused persons came to the house of the deceased and assaulted him with lathi, danda and sharp- edged weapons. It is particularly stated in the FIR that Rajeev has caused stab wound to the deceased in his abdomen. 5.
