Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 189 of 2024, under Sections 85, 103 BNS and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Khanpur, District Bulandshahr, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that there was marriage ceremony in the family on the date of incident and lot of people were present at that time in the house but there is no eye-witness account of the incident except one Km. Tanu. The allegations against the applicant are false. The cause of death is trauma as a result of head injury. 5. Learned counsel has further submitted that it is the period of incarceration on which the applicant is entitled for bail as he is in jail since 15.7.2
