He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., has specifically stated that the victim used to talk with the applicant and that she took divorced from her husband at the pretext of applicant. Further she has stated that the applicant administered some intoxicated substance in a cold drink on account of which she became unconscious and the applicant has committed rape with her.
