Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 240 of 2023, U/S 147, 302, 149, 201 of IPC, Police Station - Babupurwa, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has not put forward any new ground for bail except the period of incarceration which is more than two years as he is in jail since 2.9.2023.
