Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 24 of 2021, under Sections 302, 307, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kurawali, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the trial is moving at a snail's pace, as only six witnesses have been examined to date out of twenty-eight witnesses marked in the charge-sheet.
