Heard Sri Ritesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.3.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 50155 of 2022. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2022, under Sections 302, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Beta-2, District Gautambudh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
