Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 531 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station - Baghpat, District - Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Karan, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 43486 of 2025.
