Heard Sri Vipin Shukla, learned Advocate holding brief for Sri Shashi Bhushan Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Garun Pal Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri R.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 315 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) BNS, Police Station Sasani, District Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about thirteen days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and it is stated that the informant got the knowledge that the applicant had accompanied the deceased
