Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.296 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 109(1), 103(1). 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station - Ramala, District - Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have entered into an altercation with the son of the informant. Peeved by the said act, the applicant and the other co-accused persons came to the house of the deceased and assaulted him with lathi, danda and sharp- edged weapons. It is particularly stated in the FIR that Rajeev has caused stab wound to the deceased in his abdomen. 4.
