Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 679 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 103(2), 190 BNS,, Police Station Barhalganj, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about twenty hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. His name has come up subsequently, in some footage seen by the son of the informant Rahul. The name of the applicant has been subsequently added, as an afterthought.
