Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 460 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 3(5), 109, 352, 103(1) of BNS, Police Station - Loni, District - Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused Salman and Sanu alias Arshad have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated 5.1.2026 and 8.1.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 45322 of 2025 and 43427 of 2025 respectively. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused persons, who have already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.
