Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.36 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504 I.P.C. read with Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Badalpur, District Gautam Buddh Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.2.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38040 of 2022. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated i
