The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.111 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 118(2), 191(2), 190, 352 B.N.S., Police Station Puranderpur, District Maharajganj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by more than one and a half days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The instant case is of self-immolation. The applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 25.5.2025 and he is ready to cooperate with trial.
