Heard Sri Aditya Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 50 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Hafijpur, District Hapur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about twenty-four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is stated that the applicant was disturbed by the absence of his brother, as such, he used to go with his mother to the police station for getting him recovered and peeved by the said act, a false recovery has been foisted on the applicant. 5.
